Staff in store helpful and very friendly. Man in car park collecting trollys rude and obnoxious. My husband had just loaded the car in a disabled parking bay and was returning his trolly only to be confronted by this staff member. He explained that i had just got in the car and hold a uk disabilty badge which he refused to believe. After he was shown the badge he threatened to phone the city as he said we could not use it in Canada. I think it should be noted that it has been legal since 1978. He didn't even check the car before confronting my partner. I just want to make other disabled customers to take note.
