I stopped by after fishing to fill up my truck and realized I my boat trailer had one missing wheel lug and tire was wobbly. I asked them for permission to leave my boat in one of the parking stalls and will return the next day with parts, after work to fix it. When I got there, my boat was towed away and now, I have to pay for the towing and storage. Bunch of dumb uneducated idiot employees and managers working here. I will avoid using any and all Shell gas stations from here on.
